give recognition as
Art Ambassador
to Artist and painter
Alexander Cruz Marrero
This event was held on
Thursday, February 20, 2014,
in the Natural History
Museum's theater,
at Kennedy Ave.,
San Juan, Puerto Rico
In
this activity
Cruz
will be recognized
and exalted
for his career and
international achievements
as it has
helped to foster
the development and
arts education
for children,
youth and adults
locally and internationally
and also with
its collection of paintings
of Puerto Rican Birds
"Colors that Sing"
has contributed
to the education
of our country's
cultural activities.
The awards
were carried
out in that
night by the
Honorable Mayor of San Juan Carmen Yulín Cruz
and by Dr. Antonio J. Molina, President
of UNESCO of Puerto Rico
